#nLogicFamily: Meet Tobias Kofod Hansen, Sales Director, nLogic Denmark

As our first nLogic Family participant, we’re proud to introduce Tobias Kofod Hansen, who joined as Sales Director for nLogic Denmark in January 2025.

Tobias came onboard at a important moment for nLogic. As we continue to grow and deepen our presence across the Nordics, building strong, trust-based customer relationships has never been more important. Having a dedicated Sales Director in Denmark enables us to work even more closely with customers—understanding their needs, co-creating solutions, and delivering real value through technology and expertise.

Life beyond work
Tobias makes a point of recharging outside the office—preferably at his summerhouse by the sea. “I love spending quality time with family and friends—especially when I’m by the grill or taking long beach walks. It’s the perfect way to reset.”

A fun fact that says a lot about a person. Here’s a story that captures Tobias’s determination and humor: “I once drove over 200 km in a Citroën C1 with only two working cylinders. One failed on the way to a major meeting with a large Danish company. The car shook and roared like it might fall apart any second, but I didn’t dare stop in case it wouldn’t start again. I arrived, parked it next to luxury cars worth millions—and closed the deal. Incredibly, the car was repairable, and I drove it for another year. I try to minimize my consumption and invest in things that last.”

When asked what quote best reflects his outlook, Tobias offers:
“Believe in the good in people, and they’ll often rise to meet it. I’m passionate about building strong relationships—both with customers and colleagues—and helping others succeed. I believe that trust and positivity are key ingredients in teamwork.”
