#nLogicFamily: Meet Isabell Løvgavlen: A Warm Smile from the North – and a Natural at Building Trust

Meet Isabell Løvgavlen:
Key Account Manager, nLogic Norway

Isabell Løvgavlen joined nLogic on September 1st, 2022, and works as a Key Account Manager in our Enterprise team. Originally from Sulitjelma, a place near Bodø, Isabell brings a unique mix of northern warmth, humor, and professionalism into her everyday work – both with customers and colleagues.

With a strong sense for people and business, she’s a talented sales professional who knows that relationships are everything. Her ability to build trust and create meaningful connections is at the heart of how she works – and why customers return again and again.

“For me, the most important part of this job is building real, honest relationships,” Isabell explains.
“It’s not just about delivering a solution – it’s about understanding who the customer is, what they care about, and making them feel heard.”

This focus on people-first partnerships is something that runs deep in nLogic’s DNA. As Isabell sees it, trust isn’t something you earn with a single meeting – it’s built over time, through genuine engagement and consistent follow-up. And that’s exactly what she does so well.

“When customers ask if working at nLogic is really as great as it looks, the answer is always yes. Because it is,” she says.
“There’s a culture here that encourages openness and laughter – and you feel that in every part of the company.”

Colleagues describe Isabell as warm, funny, and always present – the kind of person who makes any room lighter just by walking in. Customers notice the same: they know they’re in good hands when they’re working with her. Whether it’s a long-term account or a brand-new partnership, Isabell brings the same energy: authentic, committed, and always curious about how she can create value.

Outside the office, she’s a full-time mum to two energetic boys – which doesn’t leave much space for downtime. But when the chance arises, she loves to travel and discover new places, preferably with good food and good company.

“Free time? What’s that?” she laughs. “But if there’s an opportunity, I’ll take it!”

And happiness? Sometimes, it’s as simple as a really good cardamom bun.

“Give me a proper cardamom bun, and I’m happy!”

Isabell reminds us that strong relationships, laughter, and authenticity aren’t just good for business – they’re good for people. And that’s something she brings with her into every customer meeting and every coffee break.

“A good laugh with colleagues adds years to your work life,” she says – and if you’ve ever spent five minutes with Isabell, you know exactly what she means.
